Retention. Enquiry and contact data is retained for 12 months unless an engagement is commenced. Engagement records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Thai professional obligations. We then securely delete personal data we no longer need.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to provide the legal services you have engaged us for, and to maintain our internal records. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Service delivery. Your name, contact details, and any information you share about your situation are used to communicate with you and to prepare any documents or summaries relevant to your engagement.

Communications. We will only contact you with information about our services if you have requested it or if you are an active client. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications.
